2nd) MONEIGH showed speed in his spring meeting debut while racing for a $50,000 claiming tag. Back in for $20,000 today, the son of Maria’s Mon is spotted for a top try for the Desormeaux boys.
4th) In a field laden with early speed types, PARIOLI’S TRICK has the late kick to make him very dangerous. A best of the morning work at Keeneland six days ago indicates the gelding’s sharpness and leading jockey Julien Leparoux’s return to the saddle is encouraging.
9th) MOTION PLAY has run four times in 2010 and has never been out of the money. The Ramsey-owned, Ward-trained son of Trippi drops in for $7,500 in search of starter allowance status. He has been running on the turf but was second going seven furlongs on the Poly at Keeneland in the fall of 2008.
